We offer a pick up services to all clients. 

Our service is prompt and we can normally be at your facility within 1 business week, often times we are there within the next 48 hours.  
When we pick up we understand that your company needs the old equipment removed as quickly and quietly as possible as to not disturb employees.  We are very cortues and aware of our surroundings. 

Our rate is $.29 cents a LB. Cost is set to cover the cost of fuel, personnel, and truck.

You can deliver computer equipment to Hi Tech for a reduced charge depending on what your computer equipment consists of.  

We also have a drop box that is designed for residential use. 
Our box is located at 400 North Lexington Street Suite LL117, Pittsburgh, PA 15208. We are located in the same building as the Alleghany county police headquarters.  The drop box is located behind the building. A secure facility, our dock door is number 10, located by a large trash compactor.  Specifically, our drop box is black and has a sign on it.

We prefer that if you have a substantial amount of E waste that you call us ahead of time.
